The room was clean, staff was also helpful explaining everything. Location of the hotel is also great as there are grocery store nearby. You could choose the breakfast (in the nearby cafeteria) from the generic menu or form the special menu for guests of the guesthouse.

Even though this city wasn't our intended destination and we had to stop due to a medical emergency, I never expected to have such a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly polite, cheerful, kind, and supportive—treating us like their own family and cooperating in every possible way. They warmly accepted our early check-in, prepared a custom menu for my family member's special diet without any extra charge, and even made a special drink for our patient that wasn't on the menu. Despite not having room service, they kindly brought our meals to the room upon request. The environment was very peaceful and spotless. Everything was perfect. As someone who works in the hospitality industry myself, I must admit they are truly exceptional. If they had a larger building, they would undoubtedly be a magnificent five-star hotel.
