Beautiful, historic building in great location opposite the Oscar Niemeyer Center. Lots to explore and see nearby. Good shower with full-sized tub, hot water, and good water pressure. We were there in January, and even though it was cold outside, the room was toasty warm. We didn’t get breakfast, but it looked like a good deal with reasonable price.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff, including giving our dog a bed and 2 dishes for water and food towels were given also for use with the beach. Nice location.
