We had an extremely pleasurable encounter with the hotel staff. By our mistake, we ended up with car keys dumped in the canal below the car parked right in front of the hotel. The girl at the reception was super helpful, trying to help us in any way, and so did another gentleman from the hotel staff. The great people working at this hotel helped us to turn a potential nightmare situation into a pleasant stay. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and well decorated. Easy to find, a couple km's from Cadiz. The beach was within a couple minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Sercotel Puerto de Santa María is in the city center of El Puerto de Santa María. All rooms have free Wi-Fi, soundproofing and a balcony. The hotel is set just 6.2 miles from Cadiz.
