Breakfast was nice. I forgot a few things a would have been nice if the hotel had toothbrush/paste but other then that it was great. Staff very friendly and helpful

Stayed in the annex Teide building, which is a couple blocks away from the main building that has the front desk/amenities. Location was good, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and close to a couple bus stops. Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked fine. Staff provided good service.

The hotel is newly renovated and therefore very modern and well equipped. The brunch until 13:30 is amazing, offering even soy and oat milk. Staff is always with a smile on the face and happy to help with anything. I was working from the brunch area during my stay, the WiFi is working perfectly fine for video calls. It’s easy to find free parking around the hotel and the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Gym is small but well equipped with weights, cardio machines, small mats, thick elastic bands and free towels. Thank you for everything, I had an amazing stay and am looking forward to coming back!

Top services for a 3 stars hotel. A big plus for the breakfast, it was wonderful! Also the staff was very nice and always ready to help. The location is close to the beach, approx 3-400 m.

We absolutely loved the 8 nights we spent here — the apartment was perfect and we were very sad to leave! Super comfy beds with great pillows, fabulous shower with lots of hot water, excellent pressure, a free-flowing drain and handy shower gel/shampoo dispenser. Lots of vanity space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Daily towel change. Heating/AC unit worked great. Super clean apartment. Strong wifi. Lots of electrical outlets to charge devices. Easy check-in, friendly and efficient front desk staff (Andreas was especially helpful), fast elevator, convenient street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Very short walk to the beach. Super convenient location to drive to any part of the island. If staying here, don’t miss seeing the Cristal Church (“La Porciunculat” / “La Iglesia de Cristal”) which is only an 8-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the apartment.

Modern, comfortable, clean spacious apartment with everything you need. Nice view. Close to the sea. Clear and understandable directions to check in even when reception was closed due to the season.

11/10 We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel — there were no negatives at all, everything was amazing! The reception (by the way, open 24 hours) and all the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the chef and the cleaning lady Elena, who was so kind and even gave us a beach umbrella and a swimming mat for free! The hotel itself is very stylish, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. One of the highlights is the top-floor jacuzzi with lots of sunbeds and a breathtaking view — a truly special experience! The location is perfect — it is very close to the airport (we took the A2 bus for 5 EUR per person, payment can be made directly on the bus in cash) and it only took us about 15–20 minutes to get to the hotel. There are many cafes, shops, supermarkets, and rental services for cars, boats, or bikes nearby. You can find everything you need, from pharmacies to water and souvenirs, all within a 5-minute walk! The food was always delicious, and because the hotel is right on the beachfront, with the terrace just a couple of meters from the beach, it offers amazing sea views. Having breakfast or relaxing with a tasty cocktail outside, enjoying that view, was indescribable — such a magical feeling! We will definitely come back. I really liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. My room was ready hours earlier than official check-in time, which was a great help for me as I arrived with an early plane. The room was big and nice, and the hotel is located very close to a beautiful beach. The taxi drive to the airport is very short and cheap, and they helped to arrange it for me.

I loved my stay at Hotel Balear. The staff is very accommodating and will help you, whether you need instructions on best places to visit, renting out a car or even calling a doctor for you if you are feeling under the weather. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and the noise pollution was non-existant. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here, whether it's a short or a long term stay.
