Great location, good value, a well thought out hotel.

Loved the atmosphere in the pub and the rooms upstairs. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable and everyone was very kind. Great breakfast!! Even if the rooms were on the Main Street, the double windows didn’t let any noise through and we slept wonderfully. LOVED the brownies !!

Staff are superbly friendly, professional and always a pleasure to stay here. They remember I am a repeat customer and the rooms are always spotless.

Wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff are professional and friendly. Rana checked in for me with a warm welcome. He did provide quick response in a professional manner for fixing a couple of room's issues. And Hilda from the restaurant is also very nice and helpful with a sweet smile. in comparison to other budget hotels this hotel is only budget in price but excellent in everything else

Really lovely terrace by the water

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was "easy" to check in, get to the room, order supper, and enjoy the hotel. Our room had a balcony with chairs that we could (and did) use. Most places in the USA are too cautious about balconies, but we were able to enjoy the view and the weather from there.

We upgraded to the comfy king river view. It was wonderful. It was comfy and quiet. It had a well stocked mini bar, water, coffee and tea were free. The room was large with plenty of space. I love the night light in the bathroom Every hotel should have this feature, no waking up your spouse with a light blazing in the middle of the night. Brilliant!

There is excellent desk service , Satya always very helpful , as a guest I have experience great professional support from him. I'm regular customer from now on and recommend this hotel for everyone. I defo e back every time I visit Staines. Good room , very good food.

I travel a lot and stayed in many hotels this hotel is one of the best. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are very nice, clean and quite. Very clean and spacious bathroom. I stayed 2 nights and were very relaxing stay. Location is excellent walking distance from shops, restaurants and public transport. For sure I would stay in this hotel again.

Great location and staff. UBER to LHR T4 in 15 minutes with no M25! Love it and lovely area. Im from London but this is the nice part ;o)

Brrakfast is not provided, but there is a coffee machine available. Room was very clean and bright Location is good , close to bus stops and main line station. Area was much quieter at night than anticipated

The location is near to several bus stations and Piccadilly line which is perfect its also near several supermarkets and food shops and stuff are super friendly

Location was nice. Close too many shops and restaurants. Riverview room was spacious and great river watching. Staff was extremely helpful when we had a minor problem to work out.
