good service, very friendly staff, very quality breakfast

Cool spaces to hang out, private room perfect for a family of 4. Everything was super clean and very functional. Loved having a swim after a hot day of sight seeing!

The location (very close to the beach side, 10 min walking), the staff, the room was very clean, the breakfast very generous, overall very nice experience.

Ciel is in a very strategic location at Plaka, with great accomodations and a nice staff. The breakfast rooftop had a great view of the Acropole.

The staff at this location were amazing! From the moment I entered the first day, they all made me feel like a guest in their own home. Kostas was truly exceptional taking care of me in those late hours at the bar. He went above and beyond to write me a note giving me suggestions for dining and activities in the area. The location is the best one, just in the heart of Athens. Breakfast was also good. The girl staff of the reception was very great, they helped with the heavy luggage. The rooms were big and comfortable.

One of the best hotels I've visitied. Located in the center of the city and in the center of ancient Greek. Everything is around. It's useless to go anywhere else except this area of Syntagma Squatre and Monistraki Place. The Acropolis is right there and all the ancient monuments. The hotel is one of the best located ones there with nice and clean room and a well trained and feiendly staff. I, can recommend this hotel to anyone even if this isn't your first visit to Athens. Also the price value is extraordinary.
