Good location of the hotel, near shops and restaurants. Good customer service provided.

Location near to ferry terminal. Accessible to anywhere. If you’re not a fussy guest, this hotel is good. No complaint for short stay. Will definitely return.

The room is very spacious. Inside the room there are a king-sized bed, a sofa bed, a TV, some cabinets, a wardrobe, a dining table, a small kitchen and a sink. Although they don't provide microwave, they do provide electric stove and a wok. Dining equipments such as plates, bowls, spoons, forks, and knives are also provided. Probably it can be called an apartment room instead of a hotel room. The bathroom is very clean and they provide things such as toiletries, shaving kits, shower cap, liquid body wash, and shampoo. Considering the price they offer, they provide a lot of things, and that's a good point. The location of the hotel is quite good. About 5 minutes of walk from the Harbour Bay. Right outside the hotel there are minimarkets, Circle K, that open for 24 hours. Eatery option, beside those that are located in Harbour Bay, is quite limited considering the hotel is located inside the Harbour Bay area. They also offer a free shuttle to the Harbour Bay and also to the malls in Batam. The breakfast provided taste good. The options might be pretty standard, but they do offer quite a lot of options.

The hotel is professionally managed! The staff are .well trained, very attentive and friendly! The breakfast is ample and varied, with a very attentive staff, makes for an enjoyable experience!

Location is great. Every staff in this hotel from the front door to cleaning staff welcomed me with a smile.

Breakfast was good, for the price : ) Eating place was not overly crowded too. Many money changers in the surrounding. The video streaming was a bonus, with Netflix, Prime, Disney+ etc.

And also to the Manager in charge Ms Ria, thank you for accomodating to my something nice in the room for my 10th years anniversary. Me and my husband really happy and enjoy our stay.
