This is an amazing property. The rooms are super clean, the breakfast is amazing and a supremely amazing swimming pool/ pool bar exists. My room had a balcony - I think all rooms here have one, and I could see the full moon 🌕 while listening to the sweet sounds of water from the ground floor. They have water containers inside the room - better than plastic bottle usage. It is a PADI certified resort - and they have excellent trainers, because of whom I was able to complete my first open water diver certification with a breeze. I highly recommend and I would like to return for more advanced diving and chilling… ❤️

This place was AMAZING! The rooms were HUGE, and very very clean. The bathroom was also big, and sparkling clean. Bed was large and comfortable. Linen and towels were also in fabulous condition. The location provided good access to "Samsara living museum", "Taman Ujung Water Palace", "Virgin beach" and also the neary Padang Bai port. The staff were so lovely and kind. They helped to book a scooter, a taxi when we were running late to the port. Most importantly, they were happy to hold onto our larger suitcases for 3 days when we travelled to the Gilli Islands, for a very small and reasonable fee. Breakfast was tasty and decent sized. Pool was also lovely. They also had a large shared terrace, accessible from the room. Plenty of powerpoints. Big wardrobe provided. Excellent Wifi and Aircon. Shower had hot water and great pressure too! Short walk from eateries and shops.

Tucked away in a serene location, the only sounds you hear in the morning are birds chirping and the gentle rhythm of ocean waves. The property is thoughtfully designed, with seating spread throughout the compound, allowing guests to enjoy their own space while still feeling secluded. There’s a special energy here—one that naturally encourages positivity, something you can see reflected in both the atmosphere and the people who visit. The food was delicious, and the junior suite gave off warm, homely vibes that made it easy to settle in. I was only here for one night as part of a staycation in Bali, but it left a lasting impression. I also appreciate that the establishment is locally owned—supporting Balinese hospitality makes the experience even more meaningful. Thank you, Crystal Beach Bali, for your genuine hospitality. It truly goes a long way for someone who has been away from home for a while.

The pool is wonderful and the water did not hurt my eyes. This hotel is half the price of neighbouring hotels, and has a wonderful ocean view from the room that most hotels in Candidasa don't offer . The staff were very friendly and kind. There was free parking at the hotel, so I could drive straight in,. Thanks very much for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

My family and I absolutely loved the place! The staff was very kind and as we had a 5 year old with us, they helped with anything they could. The breakfast selection was good and the pool was the highlight. We booked the full body Balinese massage on our last day and left the place fully relaxed.

From the moment we arrived, it was just spectacular. The charming plant-filled walkway to our room was gorgeous - the pool was lovely, the view of the sea from the lounge chairs: divine. Everything about the room was appealing: minimal, bright decor, canopy mosquito net. We were obsessed with the outdoor shower/bathroom. Every space on the property was clean and tidy and the staff really thought of everything. Mr. Wayan managed all of our tour and transportation needs via WhatsApp which was very convenient and always enjoyable. It was truly one of the most relaxing trips we've ever taken. We did not want to leave.

The location is great, close to the beach. The hotel is cozy with swimming pool where people could swim or hang out. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, Mr Putu helps us to arrange the snorkeling trip with really good price and give us a lot of information about this area and Bali culture. He was very kind and informative. There is a small garden next door which you could watch monkeys in the wild from the pool. On the last night, we have karaoke night and dancing at kitchen which is super fun. Everyone seem so enjoyed it. Definitely want to come back if I am back to Candidasa.

All top, except sometimes the aircon!!! We had 3 rooms, only one top cool!! Others not cool.

Great pool area and well kept gardens. Easy walk to restaurants (there isn't one on site). Rooms are spacious. Small, quiet hotel, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
