Location Excellent, Staff behaviour Excellent, Complimentary Breakfast Excellent. Everything was just Excellent. Room was clean with good wifi connectivity.. I enjoyed my stay. Far away from the crowd and noise of the main stream Panjim yet close to the main city.

Excellent Ambiance, Specious Room, Special attention given on Hygiene, cleanliness, extremely courteous staff right from reception, restaurant manager and support staff, room service, Tasty food, Special mention for excellent service: Mr. Tongsin, Mr. Manish, Ms Jayanti and Mr Dipendu and all those worked hard in background to make our stay highly joyous and comfortable... We stayed in Room No 209 during 3rd week of Sep-23.

The bed was comfortable, the AC and the fan were good for the hot weather, the toilet was nice. I really enjoyed the food and coffee in the café. The café is a really nice place.

Got an upgrade to their Fabulous sea-facing rooms at a very reasonable price.

Good Hotel Good Staff Good Location

Clean rooms,good wifi connection, staff was helpful and good service by hotel staff.

This hotel was my best stay in Goa. A large, clean, comfortable, and very quiet room, with a well-functioning A and a serene view to a lake. I most liked I could fully open the window facing the lake without losing privacy. The staff is professional and helpful. My credit card was accepted for payment, a big plus for me. A small elevator is available to bring luggage up/down. Not too far from Miramar beach (about 800m) and various shopping & restaurants (about 600m across lake). They provided a basic breakfast.

My stay at this hotel was short but amazing! The location is perfect and thanks to Mukesh for helping me with everything.

The view from the room overlooking the Manovi River was stunning and truly enhanced our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the area, adding great value for the price. .
