The hotel ambience was so peaceful and was so luxurious the sooner I stepped into the hotel felt like checked in a luxury star hotel , the staff were so polite and did service even in late night . Special thing to mention is they have kept the entire property very clean and the staff were always on there toes to give the service I am planning to come soon to Kolkata and will definitely be this property again.

Nothing The receptionist was not good they didn't provide water. The water is basic necessities that were also not provided. Very bad hotel. Life in dangered if a heavy truck was moving the bed was shaking

The staff was extremely courteous, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly made the stay memorable. Highly appreciated.
