We used the Viceroy as our international arrival hotel for a group of 20 travelers. The staff, especially Satyajit, gave us amazing support before our arrival: he helped organize our transportation from the airport to the hotel, hotel to train station, train station back to the hotel, and hotel back to the airport. They also arranged all of our rooms for double occupancy with separate beds, which is important to us as fellow travelers who are not family members. (We do not share beds in our group, but getting this sorted out at other Indian hotels has been challenging. Here, it went smoothly.). The rooms are comfortable, the beds are great, very restful sleep.

Highly recommending to all for getting experienced here at Hotel Kanan Inn atleast once. It's has fully hygienic Accomodation alongwith delicious cuisine in a hygienic way. Secondly all the staffs are well oriented with hospitality and supportive manners. Overall I would like to suggest everyone to expirence the warmth services of the Hotel Kanan Inn. The Manager, the room service and cleaning guys, the breakfast was all phenomenal. Also, the snacks and chaat shops are very near to the location of the hotel. Especially in front of the Diamond Plaza mall.

I chose this property because it was in close proximity to my friends place and it was also a good price.

Location was good, staff behavior was good, value for money was not at all satisfying.

The stay was very comfortable and the supporting staffs were really helpful especially sushanth did an amazing job. Will highly recommend it
