Staff was very courteous, especially, at the breakfast counter. Fitness room was great. All the staff always greeted you with a smile.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, good food with decent spread for breakfast and dinner buffet. Staff is polite.

Super stay it was with clean rooms

This property just got took over by Oyo.. Rooms are a little smelly, and water is dripping from over head roof Air Conditioners.. More of a 2.5 star lodge.. Staff wasn't ready to give room booked as per booking.com, instead tried to fit in any room available.. They do this probably to give good rooms to people seeking rooms at night and ready to spend fortune..

Location of the hotel is like a blessing for travellers. Phoenix mall in a walking distance. Lot of restaurants and food joints. Everything at a walkable distance. Room was very good bed/cleanliness/bathrooms. Did not try the food at hotel, so not sure about that. My priority was commuting/accessibility/food-options. So it was a bang on location.

The property allows foreign nationals. It was cozy and comfy . The location was also good . Have been so many time and the reception mam was good .

Pros: 1.I was provided a water heater at 6 am after insisting I needed hot water early. 2. And my room was a little dusty on the floor, so it was sweeped right away. 3. I was stuck in traffic so was 30 mins late and was allowed to checkout at 1pm. 4. And complimentary water bottles were provided when asked for..

Knowledgeable staff service arranged tours, recommended local eateries, and responded warmly to every request.
