The host was a nice man. Firstly, I would like to say that the proprietor of this hotel seems like a fantastic hotelier. A kind, accomplished man with many decades of experience in hospitality. I would also like to say that I appreciate how tough it is now to run a hotel. With inflation, energy costs and the fact that many hotels across the world are owned by large global investment companies / franchises etc and operate on razor thin profit margins - this is something smaller businesses simply cannot match or compete with. All of that said, this hotel is of simply unacceptably low quality for 2024

Friendly, nice and the price was great. Booked last minute, an hour before we arrived. Complimentary breakfast included in the price and the town was really nice.
