Small little breakfast included with coffee. And also great staff plus great location! Booking will ask if you want to upgrade to a room with bathroom but they all have a private bathroom and breakfast is always included.

The hotel was in a good location The staff was excellent even though there were language barriers we were able to figure out how to communicate. It's an older building but it has a lot of charm and our room was massive and we had our own private hot bath which was excellent.

Toyoko Inn is my favorite business hotel chain in Japan. I always know what to expect, from the easy check-in process to the room layout and amenities to the excellent breakfast. Great location close to Atami Station too.

It was close to the station and relatively easy to find with a maps app. The staff was kind and helpful and answered all my questions. The mixed dorm's futons were comfortable and clean and spacious. And, there was even a small onsen available for use.

The room, hotel, and baths were all clean and well maintained. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. While the drinks and snacks in the lobby weren't important, they were such a pleasant, thoughtful surprise that it helped set the tone of a great stay.

I loved how spacious the rooms were and the ryokan vibe! The owner was super friendly and gave us many good tips! I would love to come back again.

Beautiful, newly renovated rooms and a lovely dinner and breakfast. We loved staying at Yamaki Ryokan!

Room was big, biggest we ever stayed in Japan and it's traditional Japanese style room. Clean, comfy, staff was nice. Near bus stop and walking distance to the beach, and Kinomiya shrine.
