3-Star Hotels in Beppu

It was so clean! All of the amenities were so great! The 8 different private onsens are amazing, but a bit too small for more than 3 people. The public bath is really clean, the water is pristine.

Friendly staff who speaks fluent English. Car parking at 500 yen per night behind the hotel. Free beverages at the lounge. Spacious room with sea view. Many restaurants within 10 mins walk. Discount shop Donki just 2 mins away. Very clean room and have an onsen on the too floor with very hot water. There is a kitchenette and washing machine in the room. Worth to stay in this service apartment hotel again.

Buffet had a loads of variety of food including international and Kyushu local dishes. Game area and kids space helped a lot to stay with small kids. Staffs were nice.

The rooftop pool!!!!!!! 🤩 Amazing 360 view over the city, sea and mountains. The spa a floor below is also great. Makes the visit worth it by itself.

The breakfast has a wide array of choices! Having an in house onsen is a bomb!

We had a lovely stay here! It was in a perfect location - walkable to so many great restaurants and cafes. Rooms were very cozy. Also the private onsens here are sooo beautiful - worth it just to have been able to use these. Highly recommend.

It was very clean and neat. Everything was in perfect conditions.

The proximity to a supermarket makes shopping convenient, and being close to the city center makes travel easy. The room is spacious and clean.

Beautiful ryokan nearby most of the attractions and bus station in Beppu. Private onsen was so nice to have in the morning and evening. Ran by a lovely family. Had the privilege of eating dinner and breakfast here as well.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff

The room was very nice! Traditional, and it was right in the middle of Beppu. We accidentally found a cute place for oden literally 2 minutes away. Also the staff were so helpful. I left my AirPods there and called about a week after my visit, and they worked with me and my broken Japanese until they eventually found it and were able to ship it to me. Definitely above and beyond

You can chose your yukata, the public onzen is beautiful, they have a garden with sakuras I took photos there with my yukata. The staff is really nice. You can get inside the onzen with little tattoos

Exceeded expectations and 100 percent lived up to all the other reviews. Owner was so kind, Jigoku mushi was delicious and all supplies needed were available in the kitchen, shop across the street had all the ingredients you could ever want, onsen was hot and wonderful, bedding was comfortable, location was ideal. What more could you want?

Near bus stop, I love the Kannawa neighborhood which was perfect to have an onsen-focused experience. We were able to drop off our luggage a few hours prior to check-in. Staffs were very kind! From the moment we checked-in we felt that we were welcomed and taken care of. For women, Many beautiful yukata to choose from. Room was spacious and beautiful and it has a private shower and toilet. The view from the room…wow! We could see the infamous steamy view of Kannawa and the mountains and oceans both. Walkable to Umi Jigoku and several eateries. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Great location, close to springs, hells, in a lovely part of town. Able to book out a bath privately so it was great to arrive, go for dinner then relax in the bath before bed. Comfy futon beds. Staff very helpful - we dont speak Japanese but they have key info in English and are good at using Google translate for anything else.

Great service. We had an early train and the owner took us early as there weren’t taxis at 5:30 am. Food was great, all 3 onsens were really good, and service was lovely. We really enjoyed the place!
