Great location, on site parking and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The view was beautiful! I love how close it was to tachikawa station. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel room was very clean. The staffs were very nice.

The location is Unparallel. There is Parco under and Seiyu Supermarket beside. Not to mention 5 min walk to the station.

This hotel is fairly new, so very clean and comfortable. The room had plenty of space for opening your suitcase and a small refrigerator. There is a laundry room available (coin operated) but the really nice thing is you can check via the tv in your room if the washers/ dryers are use or how long until they will be available. There is a buffet breakfast available in the lobby, but there are not a lot of tables and chairs. You can take your breakfast to your room and leave the dishes in your room when you are done. Located very near the Higashi Fuchu station, a 1-2 minute walk. The surrounding area was quiet.

Staff: I really appreciated the staff here. I must admit, I had a bit of a surprise when the check-in counter dialled into a real person on the video, its very interesting to see the cost-saving/frictionless operations systems that big companies are doing. More than often though with myself or with other guests would defer to a staff member onsite, for newer guests like myself this is inevitable but I can understand regular guests will appreciate the contactless check in process. Personally I really loved the staff member that was on duty that night. Very warm, welcoming, also helped me create a membership card - overall made me feel fully supported and welcomed. My only regret was not taking note of his name so I can make a special mention to him here. Access: Location was also perfect, it was raining and teh following day was forecast snow. I was able to get delicious dinner easily from the takashimaya/take away shops 2 seconds from the elevator as it connects directly to the department store and station. Amenities + services: I really appreciated that there were different types of tea in additional to the regular amenities of shower towel, cotton pads etc. I also liked that in the room you could see which laundry machines were occupied or free. Room: I really liked teh room design - great view of the train + crossings which was pleasing to see even though Tachikawa isn't exactly a huge attraction. I really liked the quality of slippers, and the design of the bed and lighting which was comfortable to sleep on and lie down as well. I also really loved the size and design of the desk which was just right and perfect to work from.

We come to Tachikawa often to visit relatives and friends. This is our "go to" place. We like the location, the very helpful and pleasant staff, and the breakfasts.

The breakfast was nice, but close a little early at 9am, would be better if extend to 10am. The hotel was pretty close to walking street and plenty of food you can choose around. You can also take a bus easily to Jindaiji too. Overall stay was comfortable.

Thier breakfast was excellent. The facilities were clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

An extremely well run hotel, with helpful and attentive staff, well-maintained rooms, and a phenomenally convenient location.
