Hotel Epoca's staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms were typical for Japanese hotels in terms of space and layout. The hotel provided the expected amenities (sundry kit, coffee/tea/kettle, robe/slippers, WiFi, etc). Appreciated the close proximity to the nearest restaurant that connects to the hotel through a meeting complex. The hotel is walking distance to the train station and a supermarket.

Seems newly renovated. The staff are very helpful even though I dont speak japanse. The entire hotel is very quite and is located near a grocery store and a few restaurants. There is a place to park your bicycle out of the rain. A typhoon hit an the staff let me bring my bicycle inside with a rinko bag.

We were hesitated before booking since the score is not so high . But we made the right choice. Even the decoration is not modern but all equipment are well maintained . Onsen is large clean and good quality amenity . Room are spacious with great view. Kaiseiki dinner and breakfasts are delicious with high quality raw material . Staff are polite and helpful . Recommend for all who want to slow down their pace for few days.

The hotel was just minutes from the highway. We got a twin bed room which was very nice. Lots of space and the beds were very confortable.
