Fantastic facility, great food in the restaurant, clean bathrooms, friendly staff and a super convenient bus that takes you to the main ski hill. There were great restaurants close by as well!

Comfortable, quiet, great breakfast, Netflix tv to relax after ski day The regular shuttle was great. Otherwise, it is 10-15 min walk to the main city.

Location was tucked away but close to the lifts. It was a central location close to the convenience stores and many restaurants. The gear locker on the first floor made it very convenient to store our gear after a long day on the mountain and everything dried overnight it this space.

Service was excellent! Staff went above and beyond for us! They stopped us off and picked us up at the ski resorts! They had great food recommendations and were so easy to communicate with. They set up airport and luggage transfers. The onsite onsens were great after a long day of skiing! I will only stay here when coming to Niseko and would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Niseko!!

Location was near our friends home. It was also near a couple of restaurants. The property met our needs location wise AND was also a very nice and clean property.

Best location for our group…a 10 minute walk to the Hirafu gondola, Rhythm rental shop, excellent restaurants and convenience stores. The living room area was perfect…comfortable seating with a stunning view. The kitchen area was excellent…large dining table accommodated family breakfasts and a cooking class.

Great place, in the center of Niseko. Very convenient. Highly recommend.
