Near from station, very clean hotel

Excellent location close to Mishima station. Triple room was cosy and comfortable

The public bath, free coffee at the lobby and tasty breakfast.

I booked a smoking room without knowing even tho I don’t smoke, but when I requested a room change to a no-smoking room they changed it immediately for free🙏🏻 so thankful cause i can’t breath properly with smokes. Very clean room with Mt. Fuji view 🗻

Maybe did not expect is much but we were pleasantly surprised. Hotel feels new and is clean and roomy. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms are big and had comfy beds. Location is great, good parking and next to the train station. It is in the center which means there are plenty of restaurants for dinner. Breakfast is really good!

it is closer to station and restaurants. their breakfast was incredible, has lots of choices to choose from. the staffs from front desk, cafeteria and room were all accommodating. thank you, glad that we stayed here.

Good location, free parking, nice and clean accommodation. The reception staff is friendly and good English speaking. I will definitely stay again when next visit Hakone!

Great little hotel! Short walk to Shinkansen train, JR Line and bus station to see the Mishima Skywalk. Nice staff. Comfortable room with the usual many amenities associated w/Japanese hotels. Free coffee in the lobby, free ice cream on the 12th floor. Many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Didn't use it, but there is a 'Hot Spring Bath' on the 12th floor as well, looked relaxing.

The room was neat, clean, and warm. The toilet in the family room type was very hitech and clean. The shared bathroom was very clean and provided towels endlessly. The breakfast was very nice, healthy, and tastes great.

Everything was excellent. Very good value and great breakfast.

My room was spacious and quite clean. Other than that everything was fine, there is a TV in the room, nice bed, a little fridge, pajamas, big windows, can’t hear sounds from outside.

Easy access to the Iwanami station metro. Lawson in the lobby- can't be beat!

In the center of city. Easy to find hotel. Breakfast was nice.
