Great service and wonderful facilities! Staff are helpful with good English communication. I really enjoyed the public hot spring; it was very therapeutic. The onsite restaurant is also a big plus—the meals were delicious.

The corner room has a window with city view of the train. The room is not very large. You can place a big suitcase, but it may leave little space to walk, which is quite normal for hotels in Japan. A really nice hotel in the centre of Sendai. Everything you might need when travelling - room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful - they stored my luggage after check out - breakfast was very tasty. Generally I recommend this place.
