Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I enjoyed both their Western style breakfast items, like their croissants and pastries, but especially loved their Japanese menu items and mineral eggs. It was very convenient to have breakfast on the property, and the eating area had a lovely view of the garden.

After staying at this hotel I will now exclusively stay at this particular chain “Route Inn” from now on. I enjoyed absolutely everything they had to offer. The on site onsen was so comfortable. The relaxation room was always kept clean and the vending machines fully stocked. The location was very convenient for my family and friends.

We loved this getaway. It is a wonderful traditional onsen resort. The staff was amazing! When we came back from dinner, they had made up our futon beds and we were grateful because we are from Canada and we would not have known how to do it. Also, the breakfast was amazing! 10/10!! Affordable, clean, safe! I got a smoking room and was worried about that - but there was no smell at all. Gotta love Japan!
