Great hotel and staff , great value

Close to station, new staff friendly

We were a family of 3 in a quadruple room and even though the room was a bit small it worked well for us specially because we had another bathroom just across our room that we could also use. The staff was extremmely helpful and did everything to help us to feel as comfortable as we could be and also receiving and helping us to send our luggage. Akabane is a great neighbour with a lot of shopping and restaurants around (including a Kura Sushi that was not pack as the other branches), and kombinis literally next door. The hotel seems to be far from areas like Shibuya or Harajuku, but with the train station only 2 minutes away, we could easily access those places within 30min max. I strongly reccomend the hotel and the area. We already miss Akabane and the Holic Hotel.

The hotel is amazing in every way. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff is extremely helpful, they answered every question and were always ready to help. The view from the room is fantastic. Even though we initially thought that Wako City was a bit far from central Tokyo, it turned out to be very convenient. The window cannot be opened, but it is very large, which makes the room feel more spacious and bright. The in-room technology deserves special praise. For a 3-star hotel, I truly did not expect this level of comfort and modern amenities. Don’t skip the breakfast in the restaurant one floor below. They serve phenomenal fish and a traditional Japanese breakfast, absolutely delicious! An incredible stay for the price! I would return without hesitation to any Tobu Hotel.

The location, staff, and amenities.

Very affordable rate with an even nicer room than two significantly more expensive hotels I booked earlier in my trip. The room came with an in-room laundry machine, microwave, kettle, fridge, dishware, table, and a comfortable bed with outlets in the headboard. Easy walk to Ikebukuro Station, and very helpful English-friendly staff that kindly held my bags for 7 hours after check-out and summoned a taxi for me to Haneda Airport.

Customer service was outstanding, the staff is so thoughtful, helpful and kind 😀 They provide everything for you, location is great and the subway station is less than 2 minutes away. Absolutely loved this place, I'll definitely come back

The host was very kind. The room was spacious and comfy.

✅ Access & location, really close to JR NishiKawaguchi, many affordable restaurants, supermarkets and konbinis around. We decided to cancel another and rebook this hotel due to this ✅ Bathtub & coffee machine in the room! Perfect! ✅ Even if we need no room cleaning, they still provide fresh towels, bathrobe and other amenities in a bag and put it in front of the room. ✅ Luggage storage. We could send and keep our luggage here (without charge) prior and between our stays. ✅ Breakfast is provided, though kinda practical (set on a tray per room)

It is close to a subway station, so it is a good choice not to overpay for places in Tokyo.. you can get there just in 30 min by subway

It exceeded my expectations! It was spacious! It felt like an apartment with full size kitchen fridge washer dryer. Highly recommend!

It's a great place to stay when visiting Tokyo. While it's a bit far from the city center, it’s definitely worth the price. I just wish there are more food options for the breakfast.

Very clean, and the staff were always very attentive. The potential language barrier was no issue at all. Very close to the train station and I was able to get anywhere I desired, as well as being near several restaurants and convenient stores.
