Rooms and bathroom are small but well organized. Breakfast we very good every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most staff did not speak english, some did, but everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and productive. We plan to stay here again when we return to the area.

The hotel is amazing in every way. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff is extremely helpful, they answered every question and were always ready to help. The view from the room is fantastic. Even though we initially thought that Wako City was a bit far from central Tokyo, it turned out to be very convenient. The window cannot be opened, but it is very large, which makes the room feel more spacious and bright. The in-room technology deserves special praise. For a 3-star hotel, I truly did not expect this level of comfort and modern amenities. Don’t skip the breakfast in the restaurant one floor below. They serve phenomenal fish and a traditional Japanese breakfast, absolutely delicious! An incredible stay for the price! I would return without hesitation to any Tobu Hotel.

The location was perfect! It's a few mins away from the Saitama Shintoshin station and Cocoon City which makes it so accessible. The staff were all so extremely helpful and made our stay so pleasant. Even the checkin and checkout experience was seamless. The breakfast was simple, but very well prepared and delicious!
