Great staff - almost all females - love that! It's a business hotel but very managed well - the free breakfast was actually very nice and delicious, such a nice surprise. The location was perfect. We went to the opposite side of the station to visit a beef specialty restaurant, "Good", and it was easy to bypass the rail road. The town itself is built for cars but we enjoyed strolling around. So many unique places to visit. Two nights there, we were comfortable because of the wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. Thank you so much.

The staff and facilities are an exceptionally good combination of kindness, effective operations, and responsiveness. The breakfast service was consistently as good as any three star restaraunt, with handmade croissants, international and local delicacies which were both scrumptious and nutritious. Maruyama san was exceptionally helpful, providing directions to local dining which enabled my wife and I to take a convenient path to Ooki's before last order on our first night, and all of the front desk team were both professional and friendly.

Good Breakfast....Maybe a little strange to see french fries being served one morning...but overall I enjoyed the stay here
