Wonderful staff and a delicious breakfast. The room was clean and very cozy. The beds were also magical. On New Year's Eve, we specifically escaped the noise, fireworks, and firecrackers, and it was the best decision. Thank you for the late checkout on January 1st. Very pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable and clean, the restaurant food was excellent. we had both breakfast and a dinner . Thre dining area was well appointed and looked great. The service was excellent and staff very was attentive.

location was fantastic, having dinner overlooking one of the waterways splendid, our only regret we could only spare one night, breakfast was help yourself and plentn to go at-not many staff about couldnt fine the toaster!!!! PaRKING WAS ACCESSED FROM WITHIN THE HOTEL SO WAS SAFE
