It has a good location, on the hill with a great view, but not too high though. Close to city center. Pleasant and helpful stuff. Free coffee and tea is a good bonus. Room is small, but this is compensated with a nice common hall.

Cozy room. Comfortable and the warm drinks and waffles were a nice touch. Close to the city center and many places to eat and explore were a quick walk.

PERFECT for aurora-viewing! It was an unique experience to stay in an authentic, vintage Norwegian home from a by-gone era. The personal touches (guestbook, personal scrapbook of the family’s history, photographs…) made us feel as if we were guests in someone’s private home. We loved the binoculars at almost every window! The two kitchens were especially appreciated since there was only one bathroom.
