United StatesThe Staff was very friendly informative and hardworking always available to give information no matter what time of day.
The rooms were large , Very clean, You could look out from your balcony and see the action going on and you could go downstairs and be in the center of it all.
The parking in Chaves is rough in the summer but we were given a access to the garage all we had to was ask.
Very happy we stayed there and will likely continue to do do.

The location in the old city centre near the river and bridge is great. The building is beautiful and fully restored, inside and out. Nice features are the glass floor elements in the breakfast room. Staff is friendly and helpfull. The room is nice, bathroom is spatious, beds are good.

Modern, stylish and well maintained building and facilities. In the city centre, surrounded by restaurants and small shops, but not too much hassle. Unbelievably quiet indoors, this hotel has the perfect combination of both city location and quiet rooms.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Situated in the city center, it allows easy walking access to any area of interest. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The sound insulation allowed for a peaceful night. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and professional.
