Very peaceful and calm, also great staff

AC was working well. No iron table and iron in the room however can get a hand held steamer and use it on a bed surface.

Mostly everything, the comfort of the bed, cleanliness, friendliness of all the staff. Special thanks to Marius and Denny who always assist and serve with a smile in the breakfast area

The hotel offered a pleasant stay, and the staff were exceptionally polite throughout my visit.

Location is excellent, quick walk from train station, two metro stations and good grocery shop. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is available for long time and it is OK for the price.

It was in a great location in a secure lot with security. Shops for food and beverage right outside the gate. It was convenient to have food in the apartment for the long stay. The washing machine was very handy and allowed us to do our own laundry and clean towels throughout the stay. There are plenty of kitchen utensils. (I added a small pot to make rice in.) Reserved parking very convenient. Less than 5 minutes to Pacii Metro making access to the city very easy even in rush hour. Quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed the balcony in the evenings and seeing the children playing in the park.

The staff at the reception where great. I checked in at 4:30 am and I asked about the breakfast and the receptionist told me it is bacon based breakfast since she noticed I am a Muslim and I appreciated her comment. I had a problem with my room and upon telling the reception, the guy changed for me at once.

It was in walking distance of the main road with all the stores.

The bed was so comfortable. We found everything we needed and it was very clean.

Excelent place for discret couple getaway. We had no issues reaching the apartment following the steps the host sent us. Everything inside was spotless and true to the pictures. Thank you for the champagne and coffee.

Clean room in an ideal location, which had a nice view and was comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff small lady housekeeping as well the front desk staff from Nepal was very kind.
