I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist made me feel genuinely welcome. She was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions with patience and a sincere smile. Spectacular location, quiet, serene. Easy access to nature trails. Hotel restaurant has amazing views. Rooms are clean.

This budget hotel is just off the E6, 10 minutes’ drive from Båstad. It offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking. All rooms have a TV and a private bathroom.

Mellbystrand Stugor Solstickan Cottages are in Mellbystrand, 492 feet from Sweden’s longest sandy beach. Halmstad is just a 20-minute drive away.

We loved our stay at Solstickan. It was cosy, close to the beach, friendly staff and over all just a good experience.

The breakfast was excellent, cooked on site, no powdered eggs! Ginger shots were excellent. The pub for dinner was an unexpected delight. Good food, which is nice as there are limited options nearby. The staff was uniformly excellent and had no issues communicating with them in English. The room was clean, had a usable shower, shelf space in the bathroom which can be hard to come by in Scandinavia. Pricing was great as well.

Klitterbyn 16 is located in Ängelholm, just 21 miles from Helsingborg Train Station and 18 miles from Tropikariet Exotic Zoo. The 3-star vacation home is 25 miles from Soderasens National Park.
