Cleanliness, the comfort of checking in without any staff, at any given time after the check-in time. The train station is conveniently close and the elevator goes almost to the train station. The exit was 50m away from the railroad. The prices are great, but I guess the cons make up for it.

The location was very close to the tram and bus stations so it was easier to navigate the town. The studio was nice and clean, well equipped with a mini fridge and an electric stove.

Center location with everything walkable. Room is actually not that small if you have ever been to HK for example. And it has even iron and a board.
