Cleanliness, the comfort of checking in without any staff, at any given time after the check-in time. The train station is conveniently close and the elevator goes almost to the train station. The exit was 50m away from the railroad. The prices are great, but I guess the cons make up for it.

The staff is really welcoming! The room and environment is super clean! The room is very well and nicely equipped. And the breakfast is wonderful.
