I booked this very last minute because my hotel in Karon was very noisy at night and I couldn't sleep and I had to find somewhere new immediately. I messaged kata beachwalk hotel after making the booking requesting the quietest room they had. I arrived almost 2 hours before check in time and they kindly let me check in and because of my request they upgraded me to a bungalow where the staff said was very very quiet. They were so kind and after an awful first night in Phuket in the other hotel, they really brightened my day (and holiday!) the bungalow was big and spacious, the bed was comfortable. It's not super luxurious (the shower is a wet room rather than a separate shower and toilet) but if you're looking for peace and quiet, amazing staff and to be near the beach (2 mins walk!) but away from lots of tourists and busyness this is perfect. They also let me check out an hour later which was great for my late flight. They provide beach towels too which was a great touch.

The room and the view exceeded our expectations. The room was really spacious, clean and felt luxurious. The beds were comfortable. Daily room service was also there. The staff were really nice and kind. Their restaurant downstairs offer really good local food. Totally recommend having a meal there. Also, we reached Kata beach when it was raining heavily. The bus dropped us nearby. But the rain was so heavy that we couldn't reach the hotel with our luggage. Cabs were asking for 300-400 baht for 650 m and we were ready to pay also but all of them cancelled our ride finally. Feeling helpless, we contacted the hotel for help and to our surprise, the owner came with his own car. We will forever remember this help.

Price, location less than 1 min to the beach walking, and a very kind and detailed staff. Would definitely come back!

Room is spacious and really clean. They give a lot of towel without us even asking, for shower and beach. All staffs are friendly and helpful, even the male receptionist. He seems scary but actually very nice. Simple breakfast but good, just enough for us. Location is good too, everything is nearby. The restaurant “Mandarin” just outside is a very good choice

My boyfriend and I both agreed it was the softest and most comfortable bed and pillows we’ve had in three months of traveling. The room was very clean, spacious, and everything looked new. It was amazing! The staff was SUPER friendly and nice.

I really liked the hotel! It’s located in a quiet street but close to everything you might need. Hotel has a laundry room and a common kitchen, which you can use any time you want. The bed is so comfortable and big! Everything looks newly renovated and has a nice design. I even extended my stay here until the end of my vacation. Really love the place and highly recommend it!
