The location and the friendly staff

Its a great location right on the beach, well across the street but everything is close, There is a big parking lot easy for getting in and out with the motorbike. The rooms are clean and well appointed but small. There is a lovely swimming pool which I never used but would next time.

the size of the room, and the views of both the sea and the mountains from the balcony.

The breakfast buffet was great!

Had a very nice pool in the middle of all the room, the sliding door opens right onto the pool. The room was very big, it's a very quiet place

Location as 10 steps to the beach

Everything! The location is incredible, esp the sea-view rooms. Just STEPS from the beach, with convenient shops and restaurants nearby. Comfortable, private feeling room with everything I needed, and very caring and kind staff. For a 3-night stay, I didnt have to ask for anything. The bed was soft and supportive - best sleep of my trip. Lighting options in the room were available, and a decent sized balcony.

Such an awesome stay. Unreal views on the 17th floor overlooking Gulf of Thailand, looking south towards Hua Hin, and West towards nature preserve and mountains. Right on beach. Awesome pool. Free clothes wash
