The property was well maintained, the pool was lovely, the staff let us stay for a while after check out because our flight was in the evening

The communication in the register was very good.

The pool is not an indoor pool, but a partially shaded outdoor pool, which I like better. They included basically a basic continental breakfast. Bread, jelly, tea, coffee, and sometimes fruit. The room was kept clean and had a nice balcony.

Pros: very clean, fresh, luxurious decorations, grand, peaceful, great staff. I felt like royalty in the room. They have a phone in the room. My first 10 star review on this platform.

Really nice and clean hostel, the facilities were in good shape, the bed was comfy and the host Ake was amazingly friendly and really taking care of his guests! The location is a little outer the center, bit if you wanna see every area of Phuket it's perfect, south west east everything almost the same way. Can definitely recommend!

Welcoming friendly and helpful staff. Its the best location if you wanna go to water park all day. And price is reasonable. We love the balcony in our room. Also, a big supermarket next to the hotel which is very handful.

It's so clean a worth visiting it has everything you will need massage pool salon even the necessities you will need for beach and anything else i loved my stay here

The hotel is very clean- staff workers are very friendly and helpful There’s a 7/11 nearby and big C too We stayed only for 1 night as we arrived late but it was a really nice 1 night stay Would definitely stay here again

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room size was big, matched the photos and clean. The location was perfect - close to old Town and night markets.

Good location, comfortable rooms

Stayed in over a dozen hotels in Patong. Overall, this one is the best value, the room was cozy enough to relax in, and the view from the higher floors were excellent. The Staff were also absolutely amazing. The ladies at the front desk, Noon and Bery, were both incredibly helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. The cons are; no pool and distance from the beach(about 10 minutes on a scooter).
