The location was perfect! We were looking for a hotel with a restaurant and the restaurant was exceptional! The food and the bartender were amazing! I want to give a shout out to Dominique at the front desk! She gave award winning customer service! We could not have been happier!

The courtyard was really nice. The food was good. Staff was friendly.

I forgot my computer charger. The cleaner found the charger and gave it to the manager. The manager was so nice and polite he found my phone number and called me and told me that it was at the hotel. I felt that most places won't go the extra mile but he did. He showed me appreciation for customer service. I will definitely stay again.

Visited the area (we lived in Buffalo previously), with my children to catch up with friends. This hotel was perfect. Bright, clean, spacious with great staff. Decent variety for breakfast, and the M-W Social Hour was great. Very flavorful food and nice variety. Wonderful Bites and Sips. We utilized the regular bed and sofa bed- both were comfy. Spacious and clean bathroom. Love the seating area. Also utilized the business center to print a much needed travel document. Also washed clothes. Thank you especially Linda, Mars and support staff Aaron.

Peaceful, Cosy Amenities are good Close to the airport

The hotel staff, particularly a younger man named Matt, was exceptional. We didn’t realize the pool and hot tub were out of commission - we came to that hotel for that reason with our kids for New Year’s Eve. Matt gave us a few options and ultimately called the adjacent hotel and we were able to use their pool for the evening. We thought our fun New Years Eve tradition would be ruined - it ended up being awesome! Rooms were nice - big and very clean!

The property was very clean, and the staff Monitosh, and also his manager were very welcoming and kind. Also each room has full size refrigerators, and stove tops... that's an absolute plus❤️

The facility was amazing. It’s very clean and the staff is extremely friendly helpful, and make you feel right at home at your home away from home. I definitely would be coming back again over and over.
