Location was perfect, a Metro station right outside, the aquarium across the street, and everything as a max of 20 min walk. Such an amazing staff as well.

Location was perfect and loved that it had on-site parking (even though we had to pay for it) parking at the hotel and the proximity to Fenyway were perfect and the reasons I chose this hotel. Parking wasn’t including, but hassle free! - loved it. We were also able to checking before 4pm! A Bonus!

Starting two days before my stay I received clear instructions from the property team. Then as I had a few hiccups in my travels, they were instantly communicative and understanding. I've honestly never stayed at a place like this where the staff was so quick to respond (even after 10pm) and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The location is also incredibly central (just a 20 minute walk to the convention I was working) and there's coffee shops, pizza joints and a 711 literally around the corner.

Everything. From the moment I called for an early check in to the staff sending up a bday gift when my friends told them why we were there. The cozy lay out, room to building. We’re not in Copley anymore. The trip up to the observation deck. Perfect experience start to finish.

Location was relevant as this was the business trip. Room was very good, facilities were very nice. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Have some more varieties for vegans. Everything was very comfortable and accessible.
