Warm staff, beautiful hotel so comfy and incredible location! Close to subway and a lovely area, the gym was nice, bathrooms, lights, quiet even though the subway was nearby, cable too! All amazing

Location is fantastic and since this hotel is located on the top floors, most of the rooms have a nice view. The rooms are fairly large by NY standards and each includes coffee/tea, etc. Be fare warned, the hotel is a Hilton and therefore the shops in the lobby are very expensive. I think a breakfast sandwich is like $15 or something. But there's several places nearby so that wasn't a big deal.

This is a perfect business hotel, it's close to the subway to Manhattan, staff are really great, there's a food cart for uber eats, a microwave and cutlery for meals, a convenience store in the lobby and right next door, not to mention laundry services and a superb gym. There are great resturants in this vibey area, you can find anything you need close by, nail salons, hairdressers, T-mobile, yoga studios. As a business traveler I really appreciated this hotel, everything has been thought of, the staff are also quick to respond and really friendly. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Everything was super clean. To me that’s non negotiable. I arrived early and they had my room ready, let me check in two hours early. They have complementary coffee for breakfast on the lobby. The staff also stored my luggage for free after checkout for some hours until I left for the airport. The staff was super nice. I’ll definitely come back. And the location is great.

How clean, comfortable, and temperature of the room

Such a pleasant stay and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom is spacious, clean, and well maintained. Location is good since it’s near a station, and parking is easily available if you have a car. They serve simple but good breakfast, then bread and beverage refill is available 24/7. Staff are very kind. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel given the value as well. Great job!

The hotel was lovely and spotless. Its location was ideal, conveniently close to many shops. The receptionist was extremely helpful; even though I arrived three hours before check-in, they kindly stored my luggage until it was time to check in. They also allowed me to check in an hour early. Overall, my experience was a perfect 10 out of 10

I love the whole atmosphere of this hotel. Everyone was friendly. Doniesha and her staff was especially friendly in the cafe area. Nice and clean and organized. Ty for the fresh decaf..
