What we love the most is the staff

The staff is wonderful! We were in town due to a death in the family, and we were treated kindly and respectfully. Sydney was especially helpful, and so compassionate. Thank you— it made a terrible situation better—

Hotel is excellent, apartment was clean and with lot of space. We loved kitchen. There's coffee maker but no coffee :/ it would be small addition for hotel but big for us, we would like to have coffee when we arrive to hotel.

Right by the freeway and marina. Efficient check-in and out process. Spacious and quiet room. Bed comfortable and clean!

The pool and outdoor patio area very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. I did get a great price on a last minute deal here

We were pleasantly surprised by the layout of the family room we booked! It felt like two separate rooms: one with a king-size bed and another extension with double-decker beds, which my kids absolutely loved. The two spacious bathrooms were a huge bonus for a family. The bathrooms cleanliness though needs to be looked at. Considering the price, we didn’t expect reliable Wi-Fi in the room and free parking, but both were provided, which was a great value. The American breakfast might seem basic, but it had everything we needed to start the day. The staff were nice and welcoming, making our stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic experience and recommended for families!

The room was super clean and the location was perfect. Literally four minutes from the beach.

Very clean and accommodating, easy to find and park. Pool and Jacuzzi were nice!

This resort was incredibly beautiful. Lush lawns and palm trees…the property is huge, but they have a convenient shuttle service that brings you around when needed. There are multiple pools and hot tubs as well as splash pads and playgrounds for the kids. There is a pool with a large slide, but that wasn’t open due to weather. Our family of 6 was upgraded by the staff to the 3bedroom suite which was so large and spacious. The room was fully equipped and extremely comfortable. Room service was quick and responsive. Lots of eating options on and off the resort.

It was a beautiful property with exceptionally friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to Carlsbad

Location- next to the beach and a short walk to the shops/ restaurants. Room- exceptionally clean and comfortable. Hotel grounds are well looked after. Staff- all polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The Staff was helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and the room overlooks the ocean. Great way to begin the day. The bed was very comfortable!
