The best part of our stay was the staff. The front desk, especially Sophia, made sure we had no concerns, were comfortable, room was satisfactory, each day. Restaurant staff was friendly, and efficient. Great coffee.

Every thing clean and very nice staff

The front desk assistant was nice and friendly. The entire front area was warm and welcoming. Easy acces to the elevators and our room was close that we didn't have a long walk.

Location was excellent. In the heart of downtown. Roof bar is amazing!!!!

As much as it cost to stay at this hotel, parking should be free, breakfast should be free and those two things made me realize that I will not be back at this hotel.
