Great location, super close to trailheads. Santiago was such a welcoming host and was wonderful. He went above and beyond with helping us with places to check out and answering all our questions.

The hosts were absolutely amazing!!! They were super attentive, helpful and also resourceful. They helped us with the booking of our tours (which were great options btw) and our transportation to the airport. They made us feel like we were at home! The room was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The breakfast was also great! Lots of food and delicious. A highly recommended option!!!

The most amazing view of the lake, large room, beautiful hotel, great breakfast. The hotel is about 30-40 minutes walk from the center of El Calafate, but it's really worth the walk, otherwise just take a taxi. Also, we tried a massage and it was absolutely great!
