We stayed at Zurschmitten for a weekend of skiing in the Aletsch Arena. We were welcomed warmly, and stayed in a newly refurbished apartment, which had all we needed and more. The coffee machine and the fact that there is an inhouse bakery for fresh bread were the best. :) The views are stunning, the owners very kind and helpful. The location is great as it lies directly next to the Riederalp Gondola station (Mitte) so no need to haul around with one's luggage for too long. We will be back.

Hotel Glocke has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Reckingen - Gluringen. The property has a ski pass sales point, as well as a bar and ski-to-door access.

Amazing place to stay for a total ski lodge experience plus more. Staff very friendly, all food was amazing (breakfast included; we decided to also purchase lunch and dinner from here and have zero regrets). Despite it being a short stay we felt at home and like it was 'our' place. Incredible views, great snow. We decided to spend a bit extra on the wellness centre (spa and sauna) and were so glad we did. Would love to return one day.

The view was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Alfa Hotel. The staff was very accommodating and nice. The breakfast was delicious.

Everything! Let's start from the room. It was spacious and spotless. Bathroom was also spacious and clean. A lot of hooks for hanging towels/jackets. More than enough space to place your things in the room. The breakfast was also wonderful. Various choices. You have all nutrients needed! The common room downstairs was cozy and nice. I think I met the owners, the couple, at our first breakfast. Since we, family of 4, took some time to finish our breakfast, the staff and the owner came to ask if everything was okay 😀. They were nice people, especially, Maurizio who prepared coffee for us every morning. He also drove us to the train station on the last day because it was raining. That made our travel much easier and convenient. Laura was also nice. She managed for us to have a ride to the train station. I highly reccommend this place if you go to Zermatt. Not dufficult to walk to from the station or you can take a bus. The price was reasonable for what they have with good quality.

Charming family run boutique hotel in the heart of Bettmeralp. Very welcoming and attentive owners and staff. Easy walk from the cableway. Excellent restaurant- but be sure to make reservations as it was completely full both nights we stayed.
