We loved our stay here, it was so cozy. The room was super comfortable with everything we needed, the sauna and hammam were amazing, and the fireplace in the lobby was the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine. The staff were extremely helpful and fast to respond, making sure the sauna was ready for us when we needed it, and serving us wine, snacks, and delicious breakfast.

The private garage and private access to the room made the experience quite exceptional. Room was spacious and clean, both the garage and the room smelled good when we arrived. The little gifts ( coffee, cakes, water) was a nice gesture from the hotel.

The hotel is right in the center of Ciudad Rodrigo, super clean and nice. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel and its location!
