Everything was wonderful, nothing to complain about, the staff always attentive to the needs of the customers, they helped us with information about routes and means of access (bus timetable) The location of the accommodation is amazing, a picturesque village with, wooden houses, just 14 minutes away from Cortin a d'Arezzo An incredible service which the staff offered but wasn't mentioned in the offer is a free snack between 16:00 and 18:00( is more than a snack,is a dinner with a lot of very good food)

This is a well maintained property centrally located with a nice view of the of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. Many things to see and do within walking distance, train station near by. We would stay here again.

The hotel was in a beautiful, scenic area close to many hiking trails. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but dinner was truly amazing (I booked including breakfast and dinner - advisable as there is nothing close by). There was also a lovely spa at the hotel. The staff were wonderful ... the lady at reception that took the time and trouble to explain to me that some hiking trails went right past people's doors when I could not find my way ... the restaurant staff whose exceptional service made me feel like I was eating in a five star restaurant every night .... and the gentleman who got up at 05:00 in the rain and cold to help me get to the bus stop I needed to be at in order to continue my journey.

From the location and the comfortable room to the copious breakfast with homemade bread and preserves—just wow! Not to forget the restaurant next door, AH Bräu / Sachsenklemme. Excellent Italian food with also German/Austrian classics. I highly recommend Hotel Sachsenklemme!

An absolutely stunning hotel - like something out of a fairy tale, right on the shore of a crystal-blue lake! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the soundproofing is excellent, and the staff are genuinely friendly. The restaurant is delicious, with creative dishes and an incredible terrace perfect for breakfast. The hotel is also a great starting point for hikes in the surrounding area. Highly recommended! We could honestly live here forever. The location is beyond words - we will definitely be back! <3
