I valued the serenity and the views the most! The views are stunning. This place is such a gem. The room was spacious and well fit out, the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the walk down to the small village, the untouched by tourists tea plantations and the encounters with the locals. The drive to the accommodation may be viewed as 'bumpy' by some, but for me it was part of the adventure. I loved everything about this place!

Everything's perfect. The host picked us up from Ella station, took us to the city center so we can have lunch/dinner, brought us breakfast during our whole stay, and drove us to the bus station after check out. You're the best, Upali!! We'll never forget your kindness. 💗

The nature around the place is so stunning. The rooms facing mountain views and massive trees, a massive cinnamon tree more than hundreds of years ago coming underneath the building structure—it's like I’m in a little tree hut, It was a very quiet and peaceful stay, , I could sleep enough to move into an energetic day. It’s close to the main attractions of Ella; the little Adana and nine arches are only a few minutes away. There are cool pubs and restaurants around, Tasty homemade breakfast mixed with Sri Lankan style English breakfast. Parking available.

Our stay at Mistara Ella in Ella, Sri Lanka was truly exceptional. It was a brand new hotel and the views are absolutely breathtaking and the pool is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The property has a very peaceful and special atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. What made the stay even more memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. A special thank you to the owner, Mr. Tharaka, whose hospitality and friendliness made us feel right at home. The view was extraordinary. Also the breakfast was very good and exceptional. The room seems to be newly constructed or renovated. It was very clean and spacy. The beds had curtains which is very neccessary in serilanka. There were two slouchy seating in the balcony in front of the mountain view that you could sleep on and enjoy your time and the nature.

We had a lovely time at Ameliora hotel in Ella. The view was amazing, the food was very delicious, and the host, a woman and her 3 girls, truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and to ensure we enjoyed every moment of our stay. They cared for us when we returned late in the evenings and lovingly prepared breakfast exactly to our wishes, taking into account that we are vegetarians.
