We got upgraded to the best room, that has a small terrace with a stunning view and direct access to the jacuzzi that we also enjoyed after booking in the reception. Everyone was nice, the room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel was in a great location. The front desk was great. If you need good internet this can be a problem. They gave me an extender which worked well. Highly recommend this property.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. There is a large parking lot, a lovely pool and delicious breakfasts. Very nice staff. It was difficult to find a place to stay in Elvas for my dates, but I was lucky to catch this option at a reasonable price. We will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Hotel Río Badajoz is set on the banks of the Guadiana River, just outside the historic center of Badajoz. Paid private parking and free WiFi are both offered on site.

The staff were awesome! The location is perfect. Not in the center but easy walking distance to everything important to see in Badajoz.

Exceptional value, the room was huge, spacious, and a nice view. The hotel is brand new, so it's squeaky clean. The shower was heavenly. The beds and cotton linens very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty and their guest service skills were excellent. They even lent me a vacuum cleaner to clean my car right at the front door! Now that is a good example of top guest service.
