Central location, comfortable and clean room, and amazing staff. Kudos to Manuel, who is a very kind young man. He offered us a free tour organized by the hotel and led by Leonor, who was amazing. It was an excellent start to our Portuguese journey — with some history, important places in the downtown, and everything explained and shown with passion and by heart.

Room was large, bed was more than double in size and very very comfortable. There is a small wardrobe, desk, mirror, a table with an a-m-a-z-i-n-g view to enjoy coffee/tee. The cleaning staff were doing fantastic job, room was spotless every day, bravo! Honestly, one of the best hotels we have been to for exactly the right price. The reception and breakfast staff were simply doing a great job, bravo to all. Informative, helpful, patient, we appreciate you all. The hotel is right next to metro and bus stops, and next to hop-on/off buses. Really, the location and convenience to move around from this hotel was a gem: not in the center with all the touristic craziness and just right at edge of center to feel the city vibes. Breakfast was great value, very tasty and with lots of variety. Overall, it was the best stay we had in recent years.
