A very nice hotel near Hakodate station - everything as described in the offer. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful - great breakfasts. I definitely recommend this place.

I like its location, just walking distance from Asahikawa Station and lots of restaurants and kombinis nearby. The receptionists were kind and very helpful. I was surprised that the room was kinda big for a solo traveller like me and everything was so clean. There is a variety of food on their free breakfast too, so delicious

Everything is new, fresh and super clean. Staff responded to our request to place our rooms next to each other and in a quiet part of the building, so we had a very good sleep. Many thanks to professional staff for your support during our stay. The breakfast was simple, but good. Restaurant staff was very kind to assist me with my food restrictions and showed me allergen list. There is also a restaurant next to the building that is open till very late, very convenient.

Very helpful staff at check-in following a late change of my reservation that created some confusion; the staff were courteous and quickly resolved the misunderstanding. Other staff as well - at the parking facility and at the dining area, were friendly and efficient as well. Good location, clean room, simple but satisfactory breakfast. Good security; a room key is needed to use the lobby elevator to access the guest floors. Overall, good value and easy to recommend the hotel for others looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable stay.
