A really nice hotel in the centre of Sendai. Everything you might need when travelling - room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful - they stored my luggage after check out - breakfast was very tasty. Generally I recommend this place.

I sent my suite case from other city to this hotel, so I asked one receptionist at the front desk. She said she received the suite case but that was not the guest's name, so she asked the delivery to bring it back. I was so shocked, it was a different name since I sent it using by my friend's account of the carrier and almost desperate However another lady at the front desk immediately came to me, and she called to the carrier right away, found out my suite case, and it was delivered 1 hours later. I believe this lady is more experience than other girl, but it is a great professional attitude. Actually it was my second time here in the same hotel, well experienced employees are very helpful for all. Also I like the breakfast, very family like atmosphere.

Great place to stay in Sendai, quite close to the station. The room was sizeable and had a lot of amenities, including a bathtub. The breakfast was amazing for the price. The staff was super friendly and the checkout hassle free.
