The place was all we hoped for and more The beds were very comfy . The shower was great The layout of the cottage was fantastic Ever thingy we wanted was provided the host kept us up to date ,and the added personal touches made us feel very welcome i highly recommend this cottage

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Kellyran Country House for two nights in Beech Forest, and we must say, it was an extraordinary experience. Every aspect of the house is well-equipped, and we couldn't think of anything it lacked. The attention to detail and personalized service were exceptional, making our stay feel incredibly warm and cozy. The organization and methodical approach to everything, from the manuals provided to the well-thought-out amenities, were impressive. We even managed to light a fire in the fireplace thanks to the clear instructions given, and it added to the already wonderful ambiance. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. In sum, our stay at Kellyran Country House was nothing short of fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for providing such an outstanding retreat. Additionally, the location of Kellyran Country House is conveniently close to all the major attractions in the area, including the breathtaking waterfalls, thrilling ziplining adventures, and the stunning Otways. This made it the perfect base for exploring and enjoying the natural wonders of the region. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this exceptional property to anyone looking for a memorable and well-rounded getaway.

The remote setting and authenticity with a great price and cleanliness.

A beautiful location to explore the interesting parts of The Otway Ranges, and lovely walks around the property, with glow worms to see at night. The cottage is cosy and well set up for two. The Perch restaurant, nearby is open every day of the week and is a great night out.
