I have to say that the only advantage of this stay is the location. Location is very close to the great ocean road, and it is easy for parking.

Perfect little stop on the Great Ocean Road, studio unit with all we needed.

We loved that when you walked to the end of the driveway you were on the Main Street to beach/jetty, water, pubs supermarket and shops. We loved that it was pet friendly, it was awesome. We loved it had everything we needed for our Easter stay. We loved its location the most. Can’t wait to come back.

The location is excellent, with the property right by the beach and within easy walking distance of cafés, restaurants, it was a perfect base for exploring the area. Melissa was very prompt and responsive in all communications, which made the stay smooth and stress-free from check-in to departure. The property itself was comfortable, well presented, and exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again in the future.

Stylish property in a quiet and convenient location close to shops and restaurants.

Great quiet location overlooking delightful Port Campbell town and beach below, both accessed via short walk through rear gate. Interior of house is comfortably furnished and well provisioned. The two QS beds were comfortable. The renovated bathroom was great. Kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed. Pantry was well stocked with oil, spices and had coffee, teas, chocolate and extras such as marshmallows and cookies. Would like to return and stay longer - one night just wasn't enough!

Very clean and amazing property with excellent location, very well equipped

We had high anticipation for this house, and it did not disappoint! We stopped over for one night before continuing our Great Ocean Road trip, and it was honestly a pity we couldn’t stay longer. The check-in process was seamless and easy, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. The house is incredibly spacious, and the rustic decor with lots of wooden elements was exactly what we love. It’s perfect for a large group, with a big dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen had more than enough pots, pans, plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as basic seasonings for cooking. We were able to cook a delicious meal for both dinner and breakfast without any issues. Even though the weather was cold, we had no worries since every room was equipped with heaters, keeping us warm and comfortable. There are three rooms on the ground floor and one room on the upper floor. The room on the upper level is especially beautiful, with stunning views – a real highlight of the house. With a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it was more than sufficient for our group. The bathrooms were stocked with basic toiletries, though there was no toothpaste, so be sure to bring your own. There’s also a small grocery store just a 1-2 minute drive away, so we had no trouble picking up ingredients for cooking. We especially loved the garden in front of the house, and the town is so quiet and peaceful at night – it’s pitch dark, and we took the opportunity to stargaze right outside the house. The sky was filled with so many stars! For entertainment, the living room is equipped with a smart TV, which we were able to connect to Netflix – perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, especially if you’re traveling with a large group. It’s a perfect, cozy spot to relax and unwind.

Clean and tidy, great location

Good location, minutes walk to beach , coast and shops, place is clean with wooden floor which is what I want. Nice view from both side front and back.

Functional fireplace, very cozy!
